Hearing aid connectivity

Hello,

I just acquired a S26+ but I can only connect one hearing aid (the left one). I have been wear­ing a hearing aid for several years and I was with Apple before without any difficulty connecting.

Is there a manipulation to perform for this to work or is there no solution?

    Hello

    Disconnect your two hearing aids by opening them for 30 seconds. Then on your mobile, go to Settings/Applications, search for your hearing aid app and open it; in the bottom right, press Close to disconnect the app.

    Then restart your two hearing aids at the same time, then launch your hearing aid app again and let them resynchronize, it should work. I do it this way when it bugs.
