Hello,

I just bought Need for Speed Heat on Steam, I just installed it and found the recommended configuration for it. My computer is suitable for playing the game with decent rendering as the graphics card and processor are quite advanced... Does anyone know what this is about? There's no error code, the game just stops working by itself and I return to the Windows Desktop. I'm asking the question directly here knowing that I would get a response, I'll look into it on my side but can you help me?

Thank you, best regards

EC

Hello,

AMD Ryzen 7 2700X processor; Installed RAM 16.0 GB; a 500 GB M2 SSD, 1 TB HDD; water cooling and a large fan.

The configuration should be sufficient, but a bug appears when launching solo mode, the game stops loading in the middle and returns to Windows 11 Home... I just bought it, but I'm hesitating to get a refund from Steam.

What do you think? Best regards,

EC

Is there a window where the error appears?

No, none! It quits on me as if I had clicked on exit...

Hello,

Get a refund by stating that it doesn't start on your PC.
