Hello,

When I receive an email from FNAC and they provide a link to click on, I can't access the page, and the error message suggests it’s probably due to cookies ...

But I don't know how to solve this problem; I went into the Mozilla settings, but I must have missed something ...

Do you have any idea what the problem might be, please? Thank you

Click on the padlock icon at the top left of the address bar, and Remove cookies and site data (The FNAC site)

    Then reconnect to FNAC.

If it's not a DNS issue, this should help (in theory).

Hello pashoupat A good piece of advice, never click on links sent via email! Many phishing attempts happen this way. Firefox may be blocking a URL it considers malicious, have you thought about that?

thank you, but that is not the case; this happens when I ask a question to the supplier and he responds to me; the FNAC site informs me of the answer by sending me a link so that I can access the response

      Hello,

What happens if you don't open the link directly in your email client but instead copy it into your browser?

Aside from specific anti-script or cookie extensions or third-party security software, Firefox does not have any other blocking settings than strict tracking protection and any restrictions that may be placed on necessary pop-ups or notifications from this site.

Good evening, even when I am on the FNAC site and I click on "contact the supplier" in my account, it does not work; I have to switch browsers; I don't have this problem with Chrome and Opera... but my email is on Mozilla and the link opens in Mozilla.

A link on a supplier's page allowing you to contact them is not necessarily the same as the one allowing you to open a response they made, but if this contact on your own initiative doesn't work, it is indeed as I said that there is one of the "safeties" mentioned by Firefox (I don't really believe it) or some external intervention as I also mentioned (extension or security software; particularly if JavaScripts are blocked, we will never be able to see and click on a possible Cookies acceptance window, and therefore we will have no access).

What is a "Mozilla mailbox," Thunderbird or some kind of webmail?

    Hello,

Here is the error message I receive when I click on a supplier's link for a response (in this case FNAC):

"The page is not redirected correctly

An error occurred during a connection to secure.fnac.com.

The cause of this problem may be the disabling or refusal of cookies."

I don't know what to do? Thank you for your help

I thought I had poorly phrased my question that’s why I asked it again... I see that no one has a clue about the problem? Best regards

At first, I hadn't noticed that you were the author of both topics.

I thought several people were having a problem with the FNAC website at the same time.

It may or may not be a DNS issue if you're one of the only ones experiencing it.

You can try changing your network card's DNS to Google's 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4.

Clear your browser's cache, then cookies and site data, using the padlock icon.
