Hi, recently, for reasons I don’t know, my personal toolbar with everything I’ve added to it disappeared. I’ve enabled in customization the option that makes it appear, and I still have the links I pinned in my bookmarks, but it just doesn’t display. Could someone help me with this?

Hello,
Right-click, for example, above the address bar, allows you to select the personal bar to display it.
Or from the Menu bar
Display → Toolbar → Personal bar
Or click the three horizontal lines at the top right → Personalize
Bottom click on Toolbar and select Personal bar.
Or Click on the box → Default configuration.
Verify these points even if you found it, that was how to display the personal bar.
You did → I have indeed activated in personalization the option that makes it appear
We don’t know where you clicked to find it but it came back.
Try these different methods one by one, and move to the next if you have no results.
Open your Bookmarks from the menu bar.
Look at the bottom of the list if you see a folder "Personal bar"
Sometimes it happens that it slips into Bookmarks for unknown reasons.
If you see it, drag your links or folders into the personal bar located under the address bar.
If after all this the links do not open from the personal bar:
- Open a new Firefox window with the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + N
Try opening your links.
The result?
Close the new Firefox window.
- Possible an extension.
Go to Help on the menu bar then Restart with Add-ons Disabled.
Open a link to check.
- Try in Private Browsing.
Click the three horizontal lines at the top right → New Private Window
Open a link to check.
- Is Firefox up to date?
Go to Help then About Firefox
- Try something with little risk: Go to Bookmarks.
Show Bookmarks → Import and Backup
Click on the line → Restore
Hopefully you’ll see a fairly long list with dates.
Choose a backup from 1 or 2 days before your problem.
Close everything even Firefox.
Relaunch and check if your links open.

Clear Firefox cache
The procedure or here
You could run a Firefox repair to start fresh.
But before that export your Bookmarks to HTML for security.
Or create a system restore point.
