Hello, I have a problem with my Grandin brand TV, the model of which I do not know.
The TV works well, sound and picture are fine, but there are no letters or numbers displayed anymore, so all the settings, channels, etc. are invisible.
I would like to know if this is due to a malfunction or an issue that can be fixed.

Hello and welcome to the forum,
Try unplugging it from the mains, wait for fifteen minutes, and plug it back in.
If that doesn't work and you have access to the menu, do a "reset" or "factory reset" or "initial configuration" (see menu), but you will have to redo the entire installation and settings.
