Menu opening issue with a Tucson TV

Hi, so I have a problem, I just bought a second-hand Tucson TL32MP875-2 TV that works very well but is poorly adjusted. However, when I tried to open the menu with the remote control, nothing happens even though my LED lights up and the remote control works perfectly, so I can't adjust it! Thank you!

    Hello,
    It seems that your television is in "Hotel mode".
    I can't find the procedure online to perform on the remote control to access the "Hidden Menu" that would allow you to disable this "Hotel" mode.

    I think only the Hotline, with the number 02 33 89 69 14 listed in your television's manual, can assist you.

      Thank you very much, but I can't seem to find what I'm looking for among all these pages, and the English doesn't help either. Is it possible for you to find the solution for me if you don't mind?

        The solution is not in the manual...
        Only the number provided above to contact the Hotline is listed on page 2.
        Contact them.

        Note: starting from page 31 of the PDF, the manual is in French...
