Hello,

I bought a Philips 55OLED887 139 cm OLED TV from Fnac.

When the screen is off, it shows a distortion of the image that appears as circles (2 circles on the right and 2 circles on the left). This is not visible when the TV is on.

I wanted to know if other users with a Philips OLED TV experience the same display issue? (is it normal)

Hello,

The image isn't very nice. I suppose your TV is still under warranty. Return the TV to where you bought it for an exchange or a refund.

Hello, I think your image requires reflection. I see a fan, it could be the screen glass that acts like a mirror. I see exposed electrical or water pipes. I see a piece of tape holding a cable.

It is indeed the reflection of the fan in the room and the outdoor pool, but it was meant to make the "circles" of the TV appear.

It's the screen that's affected. Do you have any idea how this could have happened? Has it been handled or moved?
