Hello,
I'm confused about the phrase "jackson?checkson?" when approaching a speed camera. Thank you.
The alert should be "Speed check zones" to indicate that you are entering a speed control area.
Very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room. Especially when it's not there...
Hello, It seems to me that there is a franglais ambiguity since everyone knows that the Anglo-Saxons have the precise location of speed cameras. The sound alert varies depending on the type of camera; if I remember correctly, it is "average speed check zone" for a section speed camera and "speed cam ahead" for a fixed camera, and there are plenty of others: https://www.waze.com/wiki/UnitedKingdom/Speed_Cameras#Cameras_that_should_be_mapped But Waze may have replaced one with the other in France since there are only "danger zones".
