Hello,
On an iPhone 8, how do you set a photo taken in landscape mode as the wallpaper to display it fully while holding the device in landscape mode; in other words, without having to resize it smaller, which is the only way I've found to fit it entirely on the screen when holding the device in portrait mode?

Hello,
You install Photoshop for free on your PC and resize the photos.
You transfer them to the iPhone:
