TCL TV Locked

Hello

I have a TCL U65P6046 television that gets stuck on the TCL logo, waiting for a moment and reconnecting for 107 hours, but nothing works directly. The indicator light comes on and the television turns back on, showing the logo. TCL fixes the television, but I cannot recover the update link via USB key. Does anyone have a solution? Thank you

    The problem is that there is no reset button ????

      We can't see well, what is it?

      If that's not it, the reset button may be elsewhere it's up to you to look.

      You can also unplug your TV from the power outlet for about twenty minutes and then plug it back in and restart it.

    Hello It's just a little dust spot and so I looked but apparently no button and the television is permanently unplugged because if I plug it in it stays on the TCL logo, a complicated case for this television I think I'm losing hope

      If it still doesn't work, since you have no display and therefore no menu other than the TCL logo, you can’t update the firmware. Your only option left is to go to a repair shop or contact TCL support.
