TCL TV stuck

Hello

I have a TCL 55BP615x1 television

When I turn on my television, it powers on and gets stuck on the Android screen and it no longer responds, neither does its remote control; no button on the remote control responds

Can you help me find a solution, please?

    Unplug your television from the power supply, leave it unplugged for 10 minutes, then plug it back in and turn it on.

      Since you can't access any menu, you need to take your TV to a repair shop or contact TCL at 01 87 16 13 99 from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

        If it's also a TCL, use the same method (response #8) as the one proposed by bazfile whom I salute.
