Android startup stuck on a TCL TV.

Hello,

I have an Android TV TCL, model 49C7026 from 2020, which has suddenly started refusing its startup procedure. It gets stuck on the animated Android logos without ever completing the boot process.

Therefore, I do not have access to the menu, and the remote control is unresponsive. After some research, I also tried the factory reset procedure by simultaneously pressing the power button and the volume "-" button during startup, but apart from getting an "error" message before entering an infinite boot cycle, nothing works.

Is there a known solution among any of you?

    Hello,

    Check by unplugging the power cord from the wall outlet and disconnecting all cables from any devices that may be connected to it, and see if it works after turning it back on after 10 minutes.

    It's likely, but I will still continue to search. The repair cost will be close to the price of the TV (warranty expired)...

      Personally, in this context, I would repair it from scratch; however, you can get an estimate before incurring exorbitant costs.
