My TCL TV stuck on loading

Hello,

I have a TCL 32ES560 TV

Upon turning it on, the logo appears but it gets stuck on loading

I tried two methods I saw on YouTube but they didn't work

I left my TV on all night and nothing changed, still the same

Do you have a solution?

Hello,

Try unplugging the power plug for 10 minutes.

After that, if the problem persists, you'll need to get a quote from a repairman or consider purchasing a new television.

Let's assume this television is no longer under warranty!

If that's not the case, return it to customer service to claim the warranty.

Hello, I have the same problem but with a Sharp TV still under warranty... because of a software update... like you, I've tried everything but nothing works; it turns on until the Sharp logo and then turns off and restarts in a loop... I contacted Sharp support, and according to them, there are two solutions: download the update onto a USB drive to fix the TV or change the motherboard... I preferred the on-site intervention for the motherboard replacement!!! Especially since Sharp no longer posts software updates online... they had too many problems... In your case, try to find the update corresponding to the model/reference/and series of your TV model... best regards
