No more access to the email laposte blank page

Hello,

I'm on my Asus notebook C200M - with Google Chrome

and for a few days now I can no longer access my laposte email...

whenever I try to go to my email I get a blank page right away - I've cleared the cookies but that didn't change anything - I don't think it's a problem with the site since I can access it from my phone...

They must have done updates, and now I can't access it from my computer....

could you tell me what to do???

    It seems there have been no updates. For me, it works normally.

    (Note a check of the security settings for my account today)

    The site is still quite mediocre.
    You would benefit from using an email client like Thunderbird.

      Hello,

      apparently there were changes on July 4th - I think for newer phones and PCs it works, but for others like mine... it doesn’t work anymore or there are some adjustments to make.

    Sometimes you get a blank page on a functioning site; refresh the request on the URL.

    When a delay occurs, the browser abandons part of the action and therefore has nothing to display. This prevents the browser from getting stuck.

    Some days I experience this on one specific site.

    Try using another browser.

      After contacting the post office:

      Good evening, if since July 4th you have been experiencing difficulties sending and receiving your emails from a mail software you have set up, it is likely because the solution you are using does not employ secure protocols.
      Indeed, laposte.net email has disabled all unencrypted clear communication to unsecured external mail software since July 4, 2023.
      If you receive an error message like "…invalid command", we recommend updating the configuration of your solution.
      The use of POP, IMAP, and SMTP protocols is still possible as long as a security protocol is active: TLS 1.2 at a minimum or SSL

    Hello,

    The changes that occurred at La Poste, which you refer to in your message <5>, concern the security of email clients like Thunderbird, Outlook, or Microsoft Mail.

    The site laposte.net that you use for your mail should therefore not be affected.

    I mentioned that I had no trouble connecting. But I assume that La Poste uses multiple servers for email. So if one server encounters hardware issues, the others can continue to function normally.
    It is therefore difficult to pinpoint the problem.

    I reiterate my advice to use an email client like Thunderbird.

    Same issue observed. (July 16, 2023)

    Blank page when logging into the La Poste account.


    Cookies accepted.


    Worse than that!!!

    Even with the cache and history cleared!!!


    With this address → La Poste

    Email address + password

    It works.

    -------------------------------

    Then click on "Mail" to access La Poste's webmail.

    ---------------------------------


    Did not encounter any connection issues today.

    Even when going through the usual site → https://www.laposte.fr/


    The La Poste server may have had maintenance, a connection overload, or the Poste certificate (update) or just a simple bug.

    As of today, it works for me.
