Reset an Epson WF-2510

I have acquired an Epson WF-2510 printer that I would like to reuse on a Mac. However, its previous owners had it configured for a PC and especially in Arabic!
I can't find any information anywhere on how to restore it to factory settings: there must be a button combination to reset it?
Thank you in advance to those who know ...

Hello,
The factory settings are not necessarily in French; the language can be set on the printer's control panel, see the manual page 86.

Hello and thank you,
I understood about the language setting, but since the panel displays in Arabic, I can't understand anything, I would have at least wanted to go back to (probably) the basic English!
Oh yes, I am foolish and I hadn't thought about the question.
There does seem to be a factory reset menu (I don't know what the default language is), but it is only accessible among the others... in Arabic.
The first solution is therefore to get help from an Arabic speaker for the occasion.
The other option is "Touch and Go." Identify (pages 86 to 89 of the manual) the type of control screen and the corresponding menu.
Assuming that the positions are in the default order, for the first type of screen, the reset is the fifth and last sub-menu of the tenth and last menu: with a bit of luck, by "going around" all the menus until returning to the start, one might be able to spot it.
The language is the sixth and last sub-menu of the fifth menu, but its second sub-menu (Sleep Timer) can only display 3, 5, or 10 minutes in Arabic numerals and thus French, possibly allowing for a reference point.
