Hello!

To replace a cartridge on the Epson WF-2630 printer, I am following the instructions in the manual. But when I open the cover, the cartridge holder does not move to the center. So I cannot access the cartridges. Does anyone know how to do it? Thanks in advance!

    Hello,

    a few things to check. Is the printer turned on? If so, when you opened the lid, press the cancel button on the printer (an orange diamond) and if that still doesn't work, move the carriage by hand to access the cartridges, it won't hurt anything.

      Thank you for this response! I followed your instructions, but without any results. To remove the cart by hand, I tried several times but I don't dare to force it.

      If it's actually forcing, you shouldn't do it. At this point, I think the printer should be reset. Check the manual for that.
