Hello,

I have software that counts my steps and especially locates my phone from my watch, but inadvertently I don't automatically turn it on and easily close it without thinking with the windows.

I would like it to always stay open in locked mode as soon as I open my phone. And that I can't easily disable it.

I have a Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 Pro. Is that possible? Can you help me? Thank you in advance.

Hello

First, set the app to start automatically (in the settings), then open the app and switch to another app by clicking on the small square at the bottom left of the screen. You will see the VeryFitPro app; press and hold it, and several symbols will appear. Click on the top symbol that represents a closed lock, and that's it, normally.

Hello, thank you very much!

I feel like it's working! For the Xiaomi, you need to go to Settings, then Authorization, then Autostart Management, and there you can enable our app. Yes, and I found out that to keep it open, you have to click on the small square at the bottom left on the Xiaomi, and there you immediately have the recent apps; you click on ours as you said, and there is a small lock that I can close or open.

I’m giving the details for those who have a Xiaomi.

Anyway, thank you very much; without you, I wouldn't have succeeded.

I wish you a very good day. ????

Hello, I thought this was resolved in logic, but I don't understand. I'm having a problem when the phone turns off or on; in the top left, I can see the small icon of my veryfitpro application, and it says running, but it doesn't open... So my watch can't find my phone unless I manually open the software, and it doesn't stay stuck in floating window mode. Even if I lock the floating window, I can still easily dismiss it like the others; it seems like it makes no difference. Can you help me?

Hello, I found the solution that isn't really one... actually, when I was making the blocked windows go away, I was doing it by swiping my finger to the right or left on the background windows, and yes, unfortunately, they go away even if they are blocked. But to keep them displayed with the blockage, it only works if you press the bottom cross to remove all the windows, and then yes, it keeps the blocked windows, but swiping your finger closes them anyway. So, there's a solution that isn't really a solution, rather a poorly designed logic that should be fixed in my opinion.
