Hello,

I have a Sony home theater system which for some time now displays the message "push power protector". How to resolve the issue please.

    Hello,

Note: If model-specific information is required to perform any of these steps, refer to the instruction manual provided with the product.

If the words PROTECT / PROTECTOR and PUSH POWER appear in alternating sequence on your home audio device screen, or if the words PROTECT or PROTECTOR appear, there may be an issue with an external speaker or a connection problem that triggers the protection circuit. Try the following steps to resolve this issue:

Try unplugging the mains cable and anything connected to it, otherwise return to after-sales service…
