Good evening, check connections ('short circuit') try leaving the amp completely disconnected (except for the power plug) to see if it holds up
Protection = generally an internal power supply issue
Service if under warranty, otherwise a quote or if you are knowledgeable in electronics, look for the fault

The problem, I've already taken it for repair a week ago, and I'm still facing the same issue... Thank you very much for responding anyway...

Report it to the repairer (and demand a deduction of the first repair from the invoice of the second repair, if out of warranty, as the repair is legally an obligation of results).

It is necessary to check if the audio cables are connected correctly, then, is the home theater installed in a well-ventilated area? Indeed, TV furniture is rather poorly designed and leaves very little space; air needs to circulate, otherwise the device will shut down automatically in case of overheating.

Hello, indeed before bringing the device, check the points raised by Stewartia.
