How to remove the border around added text in PDF

Hello everyone,

I have a document to fill out and sign before sending it back in PDF format to EDF. But I can't remove the red outline that appears around what I have written;

If I right-click and confirm deletion, it also deletes all the text.

Hello,

You select the relevant object, then right-click, and click on properties. You should see options for text color and frame color. There, you select "none," and normally, the frame disappears.
Can you specify which software you are using to insert your text?

thank you for your help, actually I do have the text color and frame color options, but then I don't have "none"; so I did it differently. I think it was Adobe Acrobat Reader.

so I did it differently, by printing and filling it out by hand, and then scanning it and I was able to send it.
