Hello, I have a problem with my printer: all the lights are on, and I can't do anything with it.
I searched on Google and on the official HP website, but they only talk about cases where the lights are flashing. Thank you!

    Hello,
    Unplug and plug the power cable back in.

    Then once it’s turned on, hold down the power button until the printer turns back on.

    Hello, thank you for your response
    The problem is that as soon as I plug the power cable back in, the lights turn on automatically, without me having to press the power button.
