Hello, I need your help today here is the situation: I built a PC myself here is the configuration:
-motherboard: b550m aorus elite
-cpu: amd ryzen 5 5600X 6-core 3.7GHz
-gpu: nvidia geforce rtx 3050
ram: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 3200MHz
- psu: Corsair Power Supply Unit, White, 750W
screen: iiyama 27 Inch Full HD G-Master G2770HSU-B1165Hz
and Windows 11.
the problem is that when I change the refresh rate in the settings the bottom of the screen turns black, let me explain: if I set 100Hz a black line appears at the bottom of the screen, if I set 120Hz the black part goes up and takes up more and more space (20% of the screen) and finally when I set 165Hz the black part takes up almost the entire screen (80%). For your information, I have exchanged my screen 3 times (each time the same one) and the problem persists, I also changed the gpu but the problem persists (I had a gtx ventus 2060 before).

You don't clarify certain points, do you adjust the frequency from the Nvidia panel?
To support 165 Hz, this screen must be connected via DP and at its native resolution of 1920 x 1080.

Screens are a bit complicated; AMD uses FreeSync, while Nvidia uses G-Sync.
(Screens must be compatible with Nvidia if necessary.)
Both are part of VRR.
The game adds its layer; sometimes you have to disable FreeSync in the game, even though it's enabled elsewhere!
Enable the LFC function, which will change the graphics card's operation on the fly.
(You often end up with frequencies that are not very fast).
And we add frequency overclocking.
