I would like to connect my PS4 to my HP computer screen.

Hello,

My monitor only has VGA and DVI outputs. I bought an HDMI adapter because I have an HDMI cable, but it cannot connect to the VGA output, and nothing happened.
Could you please let me know what types of problems I might encounter?
NB: HP monitor model wf1907 at 1440×900

    First of all, screens have inputs and not outputs.

    With this screen, using an HDMI to VGA or DVI adapter, you can only play at 1280*720p with the display cropped and not in full screen (or enlarged), you will also need an audio output from your PS4 to connect to speakers, you need to see if it’s possible from the adapter or use another audio output from the PS4 to connect to a home theater system or as a last resort, a USB to jack adapter for example, or have a compatible USB headset.
