    Hello,

How to disable Meta AI on Instagram and Messenger

As with WhatsApp, it is impossible to completely disable Meta AI on Instagram and Messenger. The assistant is an integral part of the Meta ecosystem and cannot be removed via a simple setting. Nevertheless, several measures can significantly limit its influence on your experience.
