Screen with black lines: how to fix it?

Hello,

A few days ago, I noticed some vertical black lines on my computer screen (LG IPS 23MP65HQ), like in the attached photo. I wanted to know first if it is something I can fix myself? Then, is it worth repairing? Because I think the panel is damaged, and I suspect one of my cats has sprayed some urine on this screen. If it is the panel, where can I find one that matches the model?

    Hello,

    The panel will cost more than a new or used screen.

    It's from 2014, so it's not really worth repairing it.

    Is the defect in question present when the computer is not physically connected to the screen?
