How to reset the My Real Life console to 100%

Hello, I don't think I'll get a response, but I have no other option to find a solution :( I just bought a second-hand My Real Life console, but despite resetting the console by following the instructions in the manual (B + heart), only the game built into the console has returned to 0. This means that when I insert an expansion cartridge, the avatar and information of the previous owner still appear... The cartridge manual explains how to reset the games (which are just an extension of the game on the console, as the saves are internal to it, the fact that one of my games was unopened and sold by someone else confirms this), but since these games are designed for the previous version of the console (My Life), the commands indicated do not match... I've tried what seems like every possible combination, to no avail. I just want to be able to play the expansions with my own avatar, but I can't find any concrete information related to this console, which seems to have been completely forgotten by everyone :( I feel like I'm throwing a bottle into the ocean, but if someone could help me, I would be very grateful.

      Hello!! In this case, it is not a scam since the product sold was in accordance with the advertisement. I think this console generally has flaws. In my opinion, the ability to reset the part related to the expansion cartridges was simply not considered... which is regrettable.
