Voici ce que j'ai fait : éteindre la console, appuyer sur A + B + touche cœur en même temps, rallumer la console, rester appuyé et l'espèce de grenouille va vous demander si vous êtes sûr de supprimer votre avatar, cliquer oui = A et non = B.
