How to use an M3 DS Real card

Hello,
I am a novice in computing
I brought back an M3DS Real card from Spain for my daughter but I am unable to use it
Could someone patient and especially who speaks a language made for beginners please help me to get this card working THANK YOU SO MUCH
Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 7.0

    OK that's great I'm making progress
    Could you give me the name of a game download site so I can continue
    I'm at step 5 of the tutorial where it says to copy the games into the NDS folder
