How to build "Loic's Hideout"?

Hello,

it's about the game My Sims Kingdom on the Wii. I'm in Cowboy Town and I can't seem to build Loic's hideout. I don't know if I need to make a house or put up a tent. If you know how to do it, please let me know in detail.
Please help me!!!

It is not necessary to build a block; you should create a house in the open air with a bed, a TV... decorative objects... etc., as if you were decorating the interior of a house.
