Mp495 on Windows 11

Hello,
Testing the Canon MP495 connection on a Windows 11 PC with the Windows 10 64 driver download.
At the moment of connecting the printer during the download phase, the driver doesn't want to find my printer.
However, when I connect it on its own, the PC recognizes it immediately and shows that there is no driver.
Do you have a solution?

Windows 11 should recognize this printer without going through Canon
To install the printer, follow the steps below in order
✅Open the Settings of Windows 11
✅Click on the Bluetooth & Devices line on the left page
✅Click on Printers & Scanners on the right page
✅Click on the Add a device line ▶️ After refreshing ▶️ Click on Add manually
✅In the window that opens ▶️ Check the last small box at the bottom then ▶️ Next Leave the top box checked ▶️ Next
✅Click on Windows Update ▶️ Let the machine search for compatible printers ... Note that this may take a few minutes depending on the load of the Microsoft server
✅In the window that opens ▶️ On the left column, scroll down to find the printer brand
✅In the right window ▶️ Click on the exact model of the printer
✅Next to start the printer installation and follow the installation process

It is recommended to unplug the USB cord connecting the printer to the PC, and plug it back in when the installation asks for it

I had exactly the same problem as Mat. I followed your procedure, which was extremely well explained. Everything worked perfectly, except that I can't print. The printer is in error. Even printing a test page is not possible... Do you have any idea what I could try?
