Hello,
I recently changed my Livebox and I want to set up my printer on the new Livebox. So far, no problem. But when I confirm all my changes, I'm asked for an administrator password. I have no idea what it could be. I'm looking for help to see if there is a default password or if there is a way to reset everything.

This document (found on Google with the terms "Canon administrator password ...") concerns a laser printer, not an inkjet like yours ..

However, about 1/3 of the way through the document, it states regarding the administrator password:
"NOTE
If the administrator password has not been set
You do not need to enter a value in [Password]. For more information on setting and changing the administrator password, refer to the user guide (HTML manual) on the CD-ROM provided with the printer."
I think the principle is the same, and you should therefore consult the user manual located on the installation CD ..
You will probably find what you are looking for ..
Finally, with the information you provided, it is not clear whether you are installing your printer:
- via Wifi, (or USB?) connected to the router - the usual case for other printers - in which case it is a network printer, hence shared
- and from the printer panel, or from your PC?
Network configuration should come into play here, as well as printer sharing ..
And it seems to me that you should be installing as an administrator, so it is possible that this involves the Windows admin account?
You should probably read the installation guide in detail ..
