Brother printer locked screen

Hello everyone,

I just bought a new Brother printer

MFC-4335DW. I installed it and it worked very well; I even managed to print once... except that it was in German and I don't understand German, so I unplugged it and plugged it back in, and now the LCD screen is stuck on a blank screen with a black vertical line, so it's offline and there's nothing I can do. I don't understand why this is happening...

    Hello,

    I suppose you have tried plugging it back in and restarting? And the same result?

    Your printer is new, so it's under warranty; the best option is to return it to customer service.
