Front to back alignment for laser printing

Hello,
I have the same problem today with double-sided printing. I don't know if you have found a solution since then? I would be quite curious to know.
It’s a printer alignment issue; like all printers, they have printing margins in the form of a "printable area." Once the front side is printed, the back side is not fed in the same direction, which leads to a noticeable shift of a few millimeters (depending on the size of the paper) that requires readjusting the difference. That's the real question... because that's where I want to get to. The printer settings and InDesign don't offer these adjustments (or at least I'm not aware of them...).

Hello,
We would like to know the brand and model of your printer?

On professional copiers, you can move the print within the page, but that's not possible on office printers..
The best way is to move the entire page after grouping all the elements in the document before printing...
In InDesign, it's quite easy because you can set a value relative to a reference point (corner or center, for example).
However, when there are multiple pages, it becomes tedious.. there is a solution by using a PDF file, but you need Acrobat "Pro" + a plugin.. You need to use it for it to be worthwhile.
