Real-Size Printing Issue

Hello
I manage with InDesign, but I'm not very familiar with the subtleties of printing and exporting. I can't understand why the pages I print don't have the requested dimensions. I'm working on a book with facing pages.
Document size: 16 cm x 24 cm (printed on A4 paper). Print Scale 100%. To check the size, I requested printing of the crop marks and I get on my sheet a document of 15.3 cm x 23 cm. Where does this come from? I also tried exporting it to PDF and I have the same result when printing the PDF.
Can someone explain to me why InDesign reduces my document when printing? Could it be because I often work in US format (Letter size paper)? But here I set the paper size and the printer to A4, so where are there still settings to change?
Thank you very much to those who could help me!

If you have set the size to 100% in the print window and checked "maintain proportions," it should not reduce when printing....
Furthermore, if printing a PDF file gives the same problem... it is not the software, but rather the printer.

Check that in the printer settings (the driver or the machine itself) you do not have a default reduction factor applied....

Thank you very much! The issue was indeed with the printer. I reinstalled the driver and reset some predefined print settings, and I finally got a printout in the correct size!
