"We are verifying your information" Instagram account disabled.

Hello,

I woke up on Sunday and when I went to my Insta account, a message appeared saying "We are verifying your information. This process usually takes a day; if we are unable to verify your information, your account will be permanently disabled." I don't understand at all, I really want to recover my account. If this has happened to anyone before, can you help me and tell me what you did? :)))

It's Monday evening, and I still can't log in. I asked my friends to search for me, and I'm not even showing up anymore..

      I have exactly the same problem, but when I fill out the Instagram complaint form, it asks me to confirm my identity by going to the app, but I can't access my account.
