Hello,
I received a message from Instagram asking me to confirm my phone number with a code that I am supposed to receive via SMS. The problem is that I am not receiving it. I've tried everything, I changed my phone number, I switched devices, nothing works. I saw that other people are in the same situation but I haven't seen any solutions.
Can you tell me if you've been in the same situation and if you managed to regain access to your account? Do you have any solutions? I really don't know what to do and I'm really scared of losing my account.

Hello.
There are hundreds, if not more, messages like yours on the forum; you do indeed run the risk of losing your account, but sometimes it goes well.
In any case, the solution can only come from Instagram.
