Hello,

I wanted to make a doctor's appointment on Doctolib (computer) this morning and I can't access it; it's asking me for an update.

I'm using Google Chrome Qwant.

Can you tell me how to perform this update?

    Hello,

    On a a computer, there is no update to be done, since we connect to the website doctolib.fr without using an application.

    You normally have an email address and a password to identify yourself.
    The only thing we might eventually ask you is to renew your password.

    The only possible update you may need to do is that of your browser. So please check that Chrome is up to date.

      I'm sorry for only getting back to you today.

      You're absolutely right, it was indeed Chrome that needed updating. I did it, and everything is working very well again for Doctolib.
