Klipad tablet asking for a non-existent password

Hello

I received a KL628KO klipad tablet, which worked very well when I turned it on for the first time, but when I tried to turn it back on, it asked me for a password even though I haven't entered any. How can I unlock it?? Thank you

Hi,

You should ask the person with whom you have the subscription if they set up a special password for you.

It doesn't hurt to ask.

An electronic device (tablet or computer) cannot ask for a password if none has been entered, which may have been done by a previous owner if the device is not new.

It may also be someone in your circle but we cannot know that on a forum. There are sometimes strange occurrences due to system setting alterations, but no known cases of access code creation.

Moreover, the old methods for recovery or password reset have been locked by manufacturers due to numerous abuses.
