USB key issues on Freebox Delta Pop

hello

Previously, I had the Freebox Revolution and had no issues. I used to put videos on a USB stick and play them on my box.

I have the Freebox Delta with the Pop player, and it was already very complicated to figure out how to read a USB stick, but the night before last, I managed to do it. So, I go into VLC and in the navigation, I click on my USB stick, for example, CLE1, and no problem, I was able to play my videos without any issue.

Today, with this same USB stick, I try again, and now it sees my stick with its name CLE1, but it no longer detects any files on it and gives me the following message: No files found. Please transfer some to your device or adjust your settings.

I tried to find out what these settings were, but what I found doesn’t explain the issue or solve it.

When I plug my stick into my PC, all the files and videos I have played or want to play are there...

What I also don't understand is that when I remove the stick which it no longer sees the content of, instead of the name of my stick, I get another name 1E66-B68F.

I insert another stick, for example, CLE2, and next to this 1E66-B68F, the name of my other stick appears, which I can open and from which I can read all the files...

This is crazy, and I've been trying for 2 hours with nothing working!

I really regret getting this box!! Really useless, and nothing is explained on it either! "It was better before" takes on a whole new meaning with FREE!!

If anyone can help me? Thank you for reading.

I finally found it and I should have done this from the start, I restarted the TV player and it's working again!! Wow!
