Video playback on removable HDD with Freebox Delta and Player Pop

Hello,
I have the Delta box with the Pop Player.
I have an external removable hard drive with videos. I wanted to watch them on my TV screen, but it's impossible.
After receiving advice from Free support, I had to remove the files and put them on the PC, then format the hard drive connected to the Delta.
I could then put the video files back on it. I should point out that this hard drive was active on the Freebox OS.
Apparently, I should have been able to watch the videos in question on my television, but no, I connected it to the player, nothing; connected to the Delta (following advice from another Free assistant), still nothing. I don't see the hard drive, and I don't know where to look for it among the array of this new interface. Among the different programs and applications, I see nothing.
Do you have any advice to offer me?
