Snap memories issue

Hello, I've been having a problem on Snap for a few days now. I can't view my memories, it says "Oops, an error occurred."

Please try again.

And I don't understand because it works with other memories and for some it shows me that message. I can neither view nor edit or send the video. I would like to know if anyone else is in my case. And don't bother telling me to restart, uninstall, or check my Wi-Fi connection; I've already tried everything and I'm still getting the same problem. I would like some help.

    This type of error usually comes from a malfunction on the website's servers, so there isn't much to do but wait.
