Hello, I have the same problem but it's been a while, I went to a concert and I was lucky enough to meet the artist but at the moment of the meeting I didn't have any free space left so I couldn't take photos with the camera, so I took the photo with Snapchat but without internet, and when I got home the photo I had saved and put in the story to be sure disappeared. Now when it asks me if I want to log out, it tells me there are 4 snaps with a save error, but the problem is that when I try to recover them, it doesn't work, and when I press and hold the snap for a long time and select "saved to gallery" the app crashes. I have almost the same problem, I took some photos and saved them in memories without a connection, shortly after I had to delete some apps including Snapchat to free up some space to open WhatsApp, I reinstalled the app and I realized that all the photos I took that day were no longer there. A solution please :(
