Hello everyone. I recently had a problem with my Snapchat. Particularly with Memories. I took some snaps without a connection. When I got home, I noticed that I couldn't save these snaps from Memories to my Gallery. There was a message saying "Error saving" or "Unable to save." So I updated Snapchat to the latest version (really the very latest) and now there’s a message saying "Saving progress" at the top and the progress isn’t moving despite hours of waiting. I’ve tried everything. Uninstall/Reinstall, clearing cache data, making space, waiting... to no avail. I would like your help because I don’t want to lose these important snaps. Thank you in advance for any help. ^^

I had the same problem, log out and log back in. For me, all my saved snaps came back, I immediately put them in my gallery. Good luck to you ☺

Hello, so I took some snaps last night (photos and videos). I didn't have any network, so they didn't upload to my story. When I got home, I tried to save them but it was impossible, and they disappeared. Does anyone know how to retrieve them? They're very, very important photos for me. Thank you.
