Problem sending snaps

Hello,
So here it is, I have an iPhone 4, and for the last 3-4 days I can't send snaps to my friends or publish them in my story; it says "send failed" after 30 seconds. However, I can view my friends' stories. I've already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but it doesn't work. I went into the settings and allowed access to my contacts, my photos, my microphone, and my geolocation, but it still doesn't work. I logged out and logged back in, and there's still the same problem... I went into the app settings, activated everything under "additional options -> manage," activated everything, then tried to publish a snap again, but it still doesn't work. I disabled filters and power-saving mode, as one of you recommended to another user, and it still doesn't work. I updated the app, and that didn’t work either. My Snapchat account has never had a problem, and this issue appeared suddenly. I hope someone will respond, thanks in advance, please help me, it's getting quite annoying... :(

Hello!
Have you checked that you're connected to the internet? Are you on 3G or Wi-Fi? I can only think of that being the reason why the snap isn't going through :/

Well, I know, I find it strange too. That's what I thought, I'm on Wi-Fi and it doesn't work, while when I go on YouTube, the internet works, for Instagram it's the same, and for Safari as well, and on my computer it's the same, no problem. Indeed, it works when I'm on 3G, but I don't have unlimited internet on my mobile plan... and I don't see why it doesn't work on Wi-Fi... :(

Maybe your Wi-Fi is acting up, that happens to me often, it works better on 3G ^^ :/

well yeah but still, it only doesn't work on Snapchat, there's no problem on Instagram or YouTube... :(

Yes, I checked, but my internet connections don't want to turn blue (validated).
