Reliable football shop sales site

Hello

I tried to place an order for a football jersey on the "foot shop" website on December 11, 2023, twice.

The payment was refused; however, two bank charges for the same amount were made on the same day, even though no order is registered on their site, nor is there any delivery in progress. I have contacted their customer service three times without success. Do you know if this site is reliable? Or is it a scam?

      Thank you for this very quick and precise response.

      This concerns the site foot-shop.net: Foot Shop, the 100% football shop - Foot Shop, the 100% football shop (foot-shop.net)

      I only have charges titled "web shopping," which does not correspond to the site, but the amounts do match the purchase I was trying to make.

      I will attempt an action with https://eccwebforms.eu/fr/france/complaint

        This 'Web shopping' is undoubtedly an anonymous payment platform..

        .

        There is indeed a 'Foot Shop' registered with the UK Companies Registry (See link).

        Complaining to the ECC is probably pointless since GB is no longer part of the EU..

        Since December 11, the shoes should have arrived (Unless it's a drop-shipping case sourcing from Asia..).

      When asking a question, it is helpful to provide the full address of the site, as this allows to understand what is being referred to, given that many sites have similar names.

      For https://www.foot-shop.net/ it's different, this site has only existed since 20/08/2021, it is hosted in France and registered in Great Britain, so outside the EU, thus there is no support from https://eccwebforms.eu/fr/france/complaint.
