Hello,

Here is my problem. I ordered a soccer outfit on July 2, 2019, for my son's birthday from the site jersey sports.shop.
However, several things are concerning me: I haven't received any confirmation email for my order, and nothing appears on their site. (I only have the history on my computer showing that the order was placed). I tried to contact the seller, but surprise: no means of contact. No email, no phone, no address.
While doing some research, I realize this is a website that has changed its name several times. I am really afraid that I will never receive my order, yet the money has already been directly deducted.

Here is my question: Does anyone know what can be done? Knowing that I only have the name of the site and no way to contact the seller? Has anyone received their order??

  This site is not actually new; it used to be Max Maillot. I've ordered from both the old and new site and I've always received my orders. However, a friend who didn't create an account on the site hasn't received his order.
  I imagine they are doing everything they can to avoid problems with the cops since they sell fake jerseys (but of similar quality; I have 8 at home).

  There's no need to ask this question multiple times (5 times in this post), I think there are enough consistent messages to say that this site is not serious, even fraudulent, so it’s not surprising not to receive your order. This site is a fraudulent scam. I have two friends who broke down and lost money on this site. Everyone who says good things about this site, that the order arrived and that the equipment is very good, is lying. The profiles that speak well of the site are fake and created by the site itself.
This site has been renamed and will deceive others.
