No one receives their jersey
And no one will receive it

I also think it's a scam. I ordered a jersey on December 4, 2013, and after a lot of messages, I still haven't received anything.

I ordered 2 jerseys and 2 PSG shorts for children on 11-02-2014,
I received them on 23-03-2014 after treating them as scammers and heartless people.
The quality is not up to par, it's made in Thailand... counterfeit???

I've been buying football jerseys since I was 14 years old (that's 22 years)
I have about 250 (official) jerseys from different clubs from all eras and having seen (not bought) some from this site and compared, they are major crap

So maybe some people really had problems, the risk of 0 doesn't exist, but that's not my case and I wanted to make that known!

I have to add myself to the long list of naïve ones... Even worse, I was charged twice for the same order. Disheartening.

Same big scam, fake tracking number, money already cashed, who has already filed a complaint, I’m going next week.

What's RCS? RCS = Trade and Companies Register

I searched the Football Factory site, and I found no RCS number anywhere...

So I did a WHOIS. And I got this:

I ordered a jersey from the football factory website on November 14. After 2 phone calls and 3 follow-up emails with threats!!! We finally received our order today via DHL! The package left Thailand this Monday!!! The size, club, and printing match our request but the jersey is a fake... Run away from the site as fast as you can...

But the problem is that when I placed my order, the "50% off promo" was supposedly only from November 7 to 29! So I naively believed it... since many websites have promotions!!! Moreover, it was the away Arsenal jersey, so not too common!

I finally received the jersey!!!!!

I received my jerseys on December 23rd, ordered on December 6th, received them with DHL, super nice!!!! I'm very happy!! Thank you footballfactory!

J'ai aussi commandé, je n'ai toujours pas reçu le maillot et je n'arrive pas à contacter le service client. Je ne sais pas quoi faire, j'ai laissé un message en disant que j'allais porter plainte !!!! Maintenant, j'attends.

I ordered on June 16, 2014, and still no delivery. I called, sent emails, and was told that there were issues with the carriers... I was supposed to be delivered on Thursday... still nothing! This is a scam, and I intend to file a complaint!
