CLAYTON TV - Pixel bugging or "bleeding"

Hello,

For a few weeks now, when we turn on our TV, we see a bug like this:

Until today, this problem lasted 1 to 2 minutes after turning on, then it disappeared.

However, today the problem persists the entire time we watch TV. After an hour, the display still looks like in the picture.

We have tried resetting the TV, doing a factory reset, disabling the backlight... But nothing works.

The TV is only 1 year old, we bought it new.

Does anyone have any ideas to solve this issue? Is the TV dead?

    Hello
    What is this television connected to? A box? An Android-type device? Something else?
    Image distortion can also come from the decoder or equivalent, so that's what needs to be checked/isolated.
    If it's indeed the TV, then it's under warranty, don't hesitate to use this 2-year warranty.

      I have just unplugged everything that was connected to the TV. And the problem persists!

      So the only solution is to use the warranty?
