Hello everyone,
"the blue light is blinking": I assume it should stay on when it’s powered?
If so, it’s the power board of your TV that has an issue. Check with your preferred repair shop.
Still, try this:
1- Unplug the TV from the mains (220).
2- Press the On/Off button on your TV several times (this discharges the capacitors).
3- Plug it back into the mains.
4- Turn on your set.
Let us know if it works.
Good luck!

Happiness is the only thing you can give without having it.

Good evening,
It may be a problem with an overload of the power circuit, not sure, but it's worth trying this which sometimes works:
Unplug it and create a short circuit between the two prongs of the socket with a wire, paperclip, etc...
Of course do not plug it back in
Wait an hour, remove the wire or paperclip and plug it back in
