Thomson 48FS5003S TV issue, color screen display in a loop.
Hello,
When I turn it on, my TV displays a black, white, red, green, and blue screen in a loop. I’ve read on various forums that it might be stuck in a “panel test”. After several attempts, I cannot get it out of this state.
It is a Thomson 48FS5003S.
Thank you for your help.

Hello again
Really no one who would know the diagnosis and/or a manipulation that would allow me to get the television out of this state.
Thank you
Hello and welcome,
Try unplugging the power supply, wait a quarter of an hour and plug it back in.
If that doesn’t work and if you have access to the menu, do a “reset” or “factory settings” or “initial setup” (see menu), but you will have to redo the entire installation and settings.

Thank you Andy for your response, it has been unplugged all night but that hasn't changed anything, still these colored screens scrolling on startup... so I don't have access to the TV menu either, no reset possible through this way. I also tried the Vol- and Prog- combination then turning it on which could have given me access to the "technician" menu but it didn't work (but I could have made a mistake in the process), I've seen that sometimes you need to enter numbers... I don't know how to get it out of "this test phase". If you have any other advice I’m open to it... thank you.
