Television HAIER that changes channel by itself

Hello,

Here is my problem: the HAIEr LT42M1CF LCD television switches channels by itself. Does anyone know if it needs a software update or if it's a hardware issue? Also, if an update is needed, what is the link to do so?

    Because there is an electricity leak from the TV panel due to poor quality or humidity and the buttons, all six buttons need to be replaced to solve this problem.

    Bonsoir, I have the same problem with my HAIER TV of the same model as yours and it is very stressful. Have you happened to find a solution to give me? I have terrible nights, there is no off button on the TV and it turns on while in standby, and I jump, it’s really hard.

      Good evening, I'm still having the same issue for months now with the same model; now the sound is stuck at full volume with the volume bar remaining on the screen, and it's impossible to do anything with the remote control.
